Where do we deliver?
Delivery locations include Nairobi and most major towns and cities in Kenya.

Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the vendor selling the product as well as the product being bought. Some orders must be custom made and may take longer than the standard 2-3 days delivery time. Individual vendors will communicate when specific orders will be delivered. Delivery outside of Nairobi will generally take longer.

Delivery Cost
Delivery costs depend on the product type, product weight and destination. This will be calculated during order checkout.

Tracking Orders
Orders can be tracked using the order number that will be generated and provided once an order is complete. A link will be processed where the buyer can view the progress of their order. If there are any issues with an order, this can also be viewed.
